If you need to cancel or change your transfer booking at any stage you need to do so a minimum 48 hours before the first leg of your transfer. If you cancel your booking within 48 hours you will be charged the full amount as a cancellation fee. Booking & credit card fees are non refundable once booked irrespective of when cancelled. A $25 per leg cancellation fee applies to all bookings if cancelled more then 48 hours before the first legs departure.
